Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms govern the access and use of the healthcare technology services operated by MedAce Business Solutions Private Limited. By using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Definitions
Includes terms such as Platform, User, Patient, Doctor, Pharmacy, Personal Data (as per DPDP Act), and Sensitive Health Information.
Eligibility
Users must be legally competent under Indian law. Healthcare professionals and pharmacies must hold all valid licenses and registrations required by law.
Services Provided
The Platform provides appointment booking, digital records, teleconsultation, e-prescription management, and billing automation. We act primarily as a technology intermediary.
Patient Terms
Patients are responsible for providing accurate info. The Platform is not for medical emergencies. We do not guarantee medical outcomes or diagnosis accuracy.
Doctor Terms
Doctors are solely responsible for medical advice, prescriptions, and diagnosis. Telemedicine compliance is the doctor's responsibility.
Pharmacy Terms
Pharmacies are responsible for dispensing medicines, prescription verification, and regulatory compliance regarding drug laws.
User Accounts
Users must maintain account confidentiality. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for fraud or regulatory violations.
Payments & Fees
The Platform may charge for various services. All payments are subject to applicable Indian taxation laws.
Data Protection (DPDP)

Intellectual Property
All software, branding, code, and algorithms are the exclusive property of the Company.
AI & Automation
AI features are assistive tools and do not replace professional medical judgment.
Prohibited Uses
Users shall not engage in fraud, data scraping, or interfere with Platform security.
Third-Party Services
Integrations (payments, SMS, hosting) are managed by third parties; we are not liable for their service failures.
Disclaimers
Services are provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee continuous uptime or error-free performance.
Limitation of Liability
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User during the preceding 12 months.
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from misuse of the Platform or medical malpractice.
Termination
Access may be terminated without notice for security risks or breach of Terms.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failures caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or civil unrest.
Governing Law
Governed by Indian laws. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in Nagpur.

Modifications
